Bio
Antayzha (she/her/hers) currently serves as the Interim Director of the LGBTQ+ Center. She assumed the role of Assistant Director in April 2023, having previously held the position of Program Coordinator for the LGBTQ+ Center and Women’s Center. Antayzha has been a dedicated member of the LGBTQ+ Center team since 2017, beginning her journey as a student at Wake Forest University. She earned her B.A. in History from Wake Forest, where she served as a student assistant and advocated for campus-wide inclusion. She is currently pursuing an M.Ed. in Training and Development at North Carolina State University.
A native of Lenoir, North Carolina, Antayzha is deeply committed to developing and supporting intersectional programming and advancing equitable practices.
